  • Facebook Marketplace/groups are high-yield

  • Section 8 = long waitlists or closed waitlists in many cases, not immediate solution

  • Driving for “For Rent” signs still works in rural/suburban areas

  • Persistence + follow-up matters more than perfect qualifications
