That said, I still have plenty of great information that I've developed over time for both and can at times assist tenants directly or landlords less directly.

I don't manage properties directly, not even my own property. I do help landlords offload properties and can be a primarily knowledge resource for buyers and sellers I serve. Also, I can assist at times for a competitive rate for aerial photography, area photography, & Matterport 3-D Tours. With past closed buyer & seller clients, I offer discounted rates for each of these of half of my typical costs for up to 3 properties per closing.

Adam's Rental Assistance - I offer a fee based structure for tenants. Unlike with the home buyers & sellers I serve at very competitive rates considering what I offer, I'm more expensive than most who assist tenants. That said, like buyers and sellers, I have more resources than most. Tenant assistance isn't my focus, & many agents with a high % of their time going to tenants at a low cost or no cost is one of the reasons why most real estate agents don't last in the business very long.

While I initially offered free tenant assistance, I now have developed a structure based on the hour that goes up over time. My past where I spent too much time on free tenant assistance, at the expense of my income my ministry, and my family, is one of the reasons why my costs tend to be significantly higher than most agents. That said, I also provide information on how to find someone cheaper or free if desired.
