About Adam
I serve full-time at Garrett Realty Partners & have since May 2014 when I started in the marketing department before transitioning to sales in February 2015. I have received awards for volume 5 years in the Outstanding Salesmanship Club of my office's primary local association of Realtors (VPAR). That includes a year where I did over $8,000,000 in sales resulting in me receiving the gold award for volume in VPAR and HRRA. However, throughout my career I have prioritized unmatched service and offerings over sales volume. That helps to explain how I put together the most comprehensive list of programs to reduce home costs in Hampton Roads before my 1st volume award. Travel "Hacking" Assistance
If looking to travel to VA for buying or selling a property you don't yet occupy at the moment, Adam offers unmatched travel hacking expertise among local real estate agents to drastically reduce your travel costs &/or enhance your traveling experience. Call Spoofing: Did Adam Say He Missed Your Call?
If Adam calls you back &/or texts you, when you didn't initiate a call, it's due to the fact that he likes to return calls that aren't identified as a scam or spam, & if you didn't call, your phone number was most likely spoofed by someone looking to defraud Adam.
In a typical day, Adam receives anywhere from 1 to more than 5 calls that appear to be spoofing calls. A spoofing call is where someone appears on caller ID for someone that they are calling as a number other than their own number. Despite its prevalence, many are still unaware that spoofing calls exist.
