Best to Have a Google Account

It's best to have a free Google account to view.

Best to Follow My Video Showing Best Practices (i.e. using a large screen)

It's best to have sound going, be close to a large screen, & more. Go to my article on the subject here.

Files That Can Be Downloaded Onto Your Computer But that Can't be Viewed on the Program

For any files where you don't see an image directly on the video, they will need to be downloaded onto your computer to watch them, or you can wait until the picture is ready directly on Google Drive. Here are some examples that you may need to download onto your computer to view immediately, but be sure to try to attempt to view it directly on Google Drive before downloading if you want to save time:

Time is of the essence with these, so being able to download to expedite things can be a big help when it's not showing as an image like it is above. If you're unable to download, you can come back to it periodically as sometimes it will be viewable directly on Drive rather than just downloadable to be viewed on a separate program within an hr of getting onto Drive.

Videos Tend to Be Broken Up

Sometimes I'll break the video up into increments close to 5 minutes since longer video uploads tend to be more problematic. Some buyers opt to wait until all are uploaded and some would prefer to watch as they come in (even if at times they upload out of order).

Order of Files

It's best to have the files ordered by name, which follows their chronological order, rather than viewing by download order.

Expeditious Questions/Offers Following Viewing

Following watching the video, it's important to let me know whether you have questions &/or would like to go head with an offer since properties can go under contract any time.

For more details, see:

Expeditious Offers

Disoriented Videos

Some videos may be disoriented, rather than slowing down the process of getting the videos to you by 1 or a few hours by whatever time is needed plus a potential delay in my availability to make that change, it's best to take a minute or 2 to get familiarized with disabling screen rotation (the fastest approach) on a mobile device or rotating the videos yourself on a laptop if you aren't already familiar. If you'd like me to take time to modify any disoriented screens for you, please let me know.

How To Disable Screen Rotation on a mobile device (like a phone or Ipad):

First make sure that the video is filling your screen. In order to accomplish that, you may need to rotate your screen vertically or horizontally. The next step depends on your device:

On Iphone

Rotate the screen on your iPad - Apple Support

On Android

How to Disable Screen Auto-Rotation in Windows 10

On a computer, if you want to re-orient the video, it will typically mean downloading the video, then using a program to re-orient it. Here are some options.

Do Not Post Video/Photos Publicly or Privately on Social Media

When I request to take pictures/video at properties, it's for "personal reference". Unless we make a 2nd request to have explicit authorization to post videos/pictures publicly/privately such as on social media, do not post anything on social media or in other locations until the time that you have closed on a property that you are posting pictures/video for. Even if you've closed on the property, it's still best to ask permission if any personal property of the previous owner is in the shot.
