Here is a video of me relatively briefly explaining the listing agreement & forms for disclosure:

How to Sign

That email would look like this one if you have Outlook. The sender will likely appear as Adam B. Garrett secure@Authentisign.com While the signing is mostly rather self-explanatory, I suggest not creating a password when the prompt comes for it and also be sure to click "complete" (& then "complete signing" if not clicking "complete signing" without needing to click "complete") when you finish all the signatures.

After clicking the link in the email, you'll start off by scrolling through the paperwork first to look through it. Then to begin signing, you'll first click "start". You'll then click on each signature & initial and in some cases, you may fill out some information in text boxes. Once you've signed everything, you can either immediately click on "complete signing" or you can click on "stay & review" and then finish signing by clicking "complete". Either way, be sure to click "complete signing" or you may need to start the process over.

If you see anything that you have questions about, that you'd like to revise, or otherwise, just let me know.
