While Garrett Realty Partners has dedicated GRP offices or co-working facilities from Richmond to Virginia Beach, in this post, I'd like to share more about the location of our corporate office in Newport News for anyone ever looking to visit the office.

Sometimes I never meet with my clients in any GRP office.

Most of my dealings with buyers and sellers aren't in an office, but in homes, over the phone, or online via video.

Garrett Realty Partners Newport News office & Garrett Mortgage are located in the same part of the GRP corporate complex. Our office is located at 11864 Canon Blvd Suite 103, Newport News 23606. The red arrows below are to the entrance.

If Meeting with Adam or Dropping Off Something for Adam

Once in Garrett Realty Partners, if someone is at the front desk, let them know that you are here for Adam Garrett (if you have an appointment to meet with me; I typically work from my home office in Smithfield). If no one is at the front desk or comes forward, please ring the bell on the front desk.

If dropping something off for Adam, please have whatever you're dropping off labeled with Adam's name on it (and the property address, if applicable) if you don't have an appointment to meet with Adam & he's not present as well as your name in the top left. Speak to someone at the front desk and alert them of what you're dropping off (often after ringing the bell).

If dropping off something outside of the 9-5 M-F window and no one is present at the office, use the drop box in the door as long as it will fit.

Office Hours

If you go to the corporate office during normal business hours and no one is present at the front desk, ring the bell on the front desk.

The office & front desk are open during normal business hours 9-5 Monday-Friday, excluding times for the following holidays (which may include the Friday prior or the Monday following if one of the below falls on a weekend):

New Year's Day: January 1st.
Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday: Third Monday in January.
Good Friday (Mar or April)
Memorial Day: Last Monday in May.
Juneteenth: June 19th.
Independence Day: July 4th.
Labor Day: First Monday in September.
Veterans Day: November 11th.
Thanksgiving Day: Fourth Thursday in November.
Black Friday
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day: December 25th.
