Christmas/New Year Giveaway 2023

This year (2023) I'm doing my 3rd annual giveaway for clients who have purchased or sold real estate with me in the past who are still located in SE VA on January 6th. Below I'll be going over locations, times & presents available. It's important to RSVP including the location where you'll be joining and your present selection by January 4th so that I can acquire any items that still need to be purchased by the 5th.

Main Differences vs Last Year

As usual, the presents selection this year is different than last year, while the giveaways are similar. Compared with last year, this year has improved options for advanced present selection in the form of a 4 point system, with those getting presents able to choose up to 4 points worth of options within the system.

Also this year, the first 18 former clients to sign up will get a 3.52 oz Toblerone as well.

Presents Selection Guidelines Including New 4 Point Scale for Increased Options

The below items are where my former closed clients located in SE VA are able to select options based on a 4 point scale (up to 4 points per family). The presents below do not include extra smaller items including but not limited to a bottle of sparkling cider for each family participating.

Items below are one pack/unit unless stated otherwise. Some items are already purchased and in limited quantities. If some are already claimed, they will be updated on this page, but not immediately. Because of that and the possibility that some unpurchased items may be sold out, it's best to provide an alternate selection in the event that your item requested is no longer available.

Random Giveaway

There will be 6 randomly selected surprise giveaways. Because I am more secretive about them to those who have never participated, including not publishing about them here, it increases the odds of all who decide to participate by lowering the participation rates vs. if I shared about them here.

• Details for Participation

For the randomly* selected giveaways, those who win won't know until their participation (in person or over Zoom, whichever applies to them) on the giveaway date. If someone RSVPs, but doesn't actually participate in person or over Zoom on the day of the giveaway, if they were one of the 6 winners, their prize will be given to someone else randomly selected who participated who didn't receive a prize, as long as at least 1 qualifying person is present to be randomly selected who didn't receive 1 of the 6 prizes. For those who had planned to come in person, the base present that they chose and the smaller items may still be made available for them to pick up in Newport News at the GRP office, Williamsburg office, in Isle of Wight (Benns Church), or by separate arrangement when Adam is closer to them if they are >45 minutes from any of those for up to 30 days after the event.

In some cases, extenuating circumstances can limit someone from participating on the day of that can be excused at times if they reach out to Adam about it at least by the time of the event at the location they chose. For instance, in 2022 one participant was in the hospital recently and celebrated Christmas for the first time with their family shortly following quarantine on the day of the giveaway. They of course were excused from day of participation & still received the randomly selected prize they won as well. Conversely, those without significant extenuating circumstances or those who don't reach out by the time of event at their designated location will mean that someone who wasn't previously selected as a winner will be randomly selected by default, even if 1st prize. Also, Adam will neither confirm nor deny if someone unable to attend without significant extenuating circumstances that they reach out to him about on time would have been a winner.

There are specific guidelines for the top tiers of the randomized giveaways that are provided to those who have won.
