Adam's Photo/Video Limitation Policy

Below are photo, video, & Matterport policies pertinent to cases outside of Adam selling one's home, such as when renting a home, when selling for sale by owner, or when listing a home for sale with another agent.
When Renting
Still Photos by Adam
Sellers & buyers who have closed with Adam on a property as well as those who have exclusively hired & paid Adam the fees he charges for standalone aerials, area photos, etc. who have never received a comparative market analysis (home valuation) from him for the property in question are able to use his photos for renting out their home for perpetuity as long as this provision remains unchanged. This provision may change in the future, but if it changes, any change will go into effect 3 years later.
Still Photos & Videos by Others
For any photos or videos hired out, clients should contact the photographers directly regarding whether or not additional fees will be incurred in order to re-use photos or videos that are for a different purpose and time than the original one. That includes photos on expired/withdrawn listings, renting out a home later on, selling again, etc.
Matterport Virtual Tours
See in the article "Adam's Matterport Virtual Tours" the category "Adam's Available Virtual Tours for Sellers, Listing Agents, Landlords & Property Management Companies who are Not Adam's Real Estate Clients". For former seller clients who closed with Adam who are no longer selling, see Adam's monthly fees for reactivating a prior virtual tour used when selling. New virtual tours (up to 3 per former closing) are 50% off the main fee, while the fee per 3 months doesn't vary whether a closed client or not.
When Selling
Still Photos by Adam
Adam doesn't charge a separate fee additionally for photos when he lists a property at the time of listing nor at closing with him, though commission packages vary in price and may impact his photos.
When selling for sale by owner or when selling with another agent, photos from Adam that were used in his listing, or acquired over the course of a comparative market analysis (home valuation), may not be used and are not for sale. This paragraph's provision above shall not apply to those who expressed to Adam at time of initial inquiry that they were exclusively seeking his assistance for photography/virtual tours.
