REIN Property Inspection Contingency Addendum (used most often in Hampton Roads at time of offer submission if including inspections):
REIN Property Inspection Contingency Addendum (pg 1)
REIN Property Inspection Contingency Addendum (pg 2)
REIN Property Inspection Contingency Addendum (pg 3)
REIN Property Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum (used most often in Hampton Roads at time of inspection-related requests or removing the contingency without requests):
Property Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum (pg 1)
Property Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum (pg 2)
Outside of Hampton Roads, elsewhere in SE VA, and in a number of other parts of VA, VR forms are used instead, but they are pretty strict on copyright, so I won't be posting that information here, even though this is not the current form, i.e. VR Home Inspection Contingency Addendum
